Report: Nottingham Forest want £49,000-a-week Everton striker

Nottingham Forest and Fulham are interested in signing Moise Kean from Everton in the summer transfer window, according to Gianluca Di Marzio.

The well-known and well-respected Italian journalist has reported on his website that promoted Premier League clubs Nottingham Forest and Fulham want to sign Kean, who spent the 2021-22 season on loan at Juventus from Everton.

The 22-year-old Italy international is not convinced by either Forest or Fulham, and wants to wait and see if he gets other offers, according to Di Marzio.

Journalist Fabrizio Romano reported on Twitter on May 6 that Juventus will make Kean’s loan move from Everton permanent in June.

However, as of now, Kean is still on the books of Everton, with the Merseyside club having the the £49,000-a-week (SalarySport) striker listed on their official website as one of the players who has gone out on loan.

Moise Kean has not been a hit at Everton and has really struggled to make an impact for the Merseyside club.

The 22-year-old spent the 2020-21 season on loan at Paris Saint-Germain and was on loan at Juventus during the last campaign.

Interestingly, the striker moved to Everton from Juventus in 2019.

The Italian youngster scored five goals and gave one assist in 12 Serie A starts for Juventus last season.

Kean has scored two goals in 32 appearances in the Premier League for Everton so far in his career.
