'Fantastic': Enzo Maresca shares exciting Estevao Willian update after Chelsea's late 1-0 win

Enzo Maresca watched his Chelsea side leave it very late until they won all three points against Bournemouth at the Vitality Stadium on Saturday evening.
Christopher Nkunku, who will be frustrated to be sat on the bench at the start of any Chelsea game, provided the moment of quality off of the bench, seemingly determined to prove a point.
Maresca has a ton of exciting attacking options to choose from this season, and Jadon Sancho also proved what an excellent addition he could also be this season in his own cameo.
Of course, in 2025, once Estevao Willian turns 18, the Brazilian will move to Stamford Bridge from Palmeiras – something for Chelsea fans to look forward to.
Estevao is predominantly a right-winger, and is considered to be one of the biggest young talents in world football right now.
Chelsea youngster Estevao Willian has been ‘fantastic’ in Brazil
Speaking at his press conference after Chelsea's 1-0 win, Maresca was actually asked about Estevao via BBC Sport.
And when replying, Maresca was evidently excited about the forward's future in west London, a 17-year-old he said was doing 'fantastic' over in Brazil.

Maresca shared: "Yes, we are following him. He is doing fantastic but unfortunately, he is doing fantastic there and not with us.
"We are going to wait until next summer when he will arrive here but for sure we are very happy in the way he is doing these things."
And there was then a jovial moment when Maresca was asked if he had spoken to Estevao recently.
The Chelsea boss joked: "No, no, no. I have so many players to speak [to]. No, I didn’t speak with him."
Marc Guehi on Chelsea’s radar
Looking ahead to the players who might arrive at Chelsea in 2025, there's also a more prominent name in the pipeline.
Chelsea are keeping a close eye on Marc Guehi at Crystal Palace ahead of a potential return, a player who would certainly add more quality to Maresca's back line.
Wesley Fofana had a torrid moment during the 1-0 win against Bournemouth, not putting enough weight on a pass back to Robert Sanchez, who was initially unable to fix the mistake.
Fortunately, the Spaniard then stood big to deny Bournemouth's big-money signing Evanilson from the spot.
And whilst Fofana doesn't deserve to be dropped after just one mistake, perhaps there is potential for Guehi to one day partner Levi Colwill.
