Abdukodir Khusanov was during the January transfer window linked with a move to Leicester. Omar Marmoush was a target according to a number of sources in the last summer transfer window, and again James McAtee being linked heavily in the past.

Leicester managed to bring in huge talent in Bilal El Khannouss and Facunda Bounanotte, but could they in real have been able to sign Khusanov and Marmoush, who both looks, what they intends to be.

To join Leicester in this summer transfer window or in January would not be the same as joining Manchester City were you have another level of support from current players, being set up in a very different environment to play in, as these players would have been without a safety net joining Leicester.

Another aspect, could Leicester have afforded to pay the transfer fee in question. Khusanov joining Man City for a fee of €40 million, Marmoush costing €75 million. James McAtee is getting closer and closer to a special role, scoring the final goal tonight as he is a special talent and could soon be close to a full England call up.

Leicester could be interested in a lot of good players, but it would not end in a transfer as the players being mentioned in no way would be signing for the club with other options being more favourable and of course able to pay the fees in question.

The signing of Woyo Coulibaly for a fee of €4 million looks good business at this point, possibly given a run in the first team if James Justin becomes unavailable for the next games coming up.
