Is West Ham vs Aston Villa on TV? Hammers and Villans only Premier League fixture on Sunday due to FA Cup

West Ham’s home game against Aston Villa is one of just a few Premier League games this weekend, but it’s not on TV.

The Hammers and Villans are out of the FA Cup and are playing each other, which means their tie is set to go ahead despite the majority of other games being postponed.

It’s a big game for both clubs, with European ambitions in their sights.

Villa need to get back to winning ways after being thrashed by Tottenham, and the Irons will be looking to try and build a gap to those below them.

Is West Ham vs Aston Villa on TV?

The simple answer is no, it isn’t.

This is because, at the time TV fixtures were announced, Sky Sports or TNT Sports didn’t pick the game.

Six Premier League teams then made the quarter-finals of the FA Cup, meaning swathes of matches across the division were cancelled.

However, neither broadcaster has changed their mind and elected to show this one, meaning viewers in the UK won’t be able to watch.

However, highlights will be available on the Sky Sports website and app shortly after the end of the match and then later on Match of the Day 2.
