Tottenham ‘agree fee’ to sign Chelsea forward Jude Soonsup-Bell, who ‘had similar offer from Man City and clubs abroad’

Tottenham have ‘agreed a fee’ to sign Chelsea Under-21s forward Jude Soonsup-Bell, fending off competition from Manchester City in the process. The 19-year-old is highly rated in their academy but is in the final six months of his contract.
