'He's been great' – Norwich City loan man hailed by EFL boss, contract up this summer

Morecambe boss Ged Brannan has said Norwich City loanee Archie Mair has been ‘great’ since his winter switch.
Norwich City gave the goalkeeper the green light to join the League Two side on a temporary basis in the January transfer window.
Mair, 23, has made 17 appearances for the Shrimps in all competitions since his move.
Brannan has said, as per a report by the Lancaster Guardian: "He's been great, he's had one bad game. Some people forget some of the saves he's made before and can't wait to point the finger.
"He's a young lad who's still learning the game, bearing in mind he hasn't played in the EFL before. You can make mistakes all over the pitch, sometimes people have to remember that players have families and feelings as well."

Norwich let Mair head out the exit door once again to get some more experience under his belt.
Although he has had a couple of tricky moments for Morecambe, he will be learning a lot from his time in the North West ahead of his eventual return this summer.
The stopper’s contract at Carrow Road expires in late June but the Canaries have an option to extend his stay by a further 12 months. David Wagner’s side have a decision to make on what to do with him when he comes back from the Mazuma Stadium.
Mair began his career at Aberdeen before joining Norwich. He is yet to make a senior appearance for the Championship promotion hopefuls.
However, he has got plenty of game time under his belt from spells away from East Anglia at King’s Lynn Town, Lincoln City, Dartford, Notts County, Gateshead and now Morecambe.
Norwich were beaten 3-1 away at Leicester City yesterday. However, play-off chasing rivals like Coventry City, Hull City and Preston North End all lost as well.
Wagner’s men are four points inside the top six with six fixtures left to play. They face Ipswich Town next.
As for Morecambe, they are 8th in the fourth tier and are two points outside the play-offs. Brannan’s side have won their last two games on the spin against Accrington Stanley and Barrow.
