Barcelona think Youri Tielemans already has an agreement with another club amid claims that Arsenal want the Leicester City star.
The Foxes seem a little resigned to losing Tielemans at the end of the season.
Tielemans is out of contract at the end of the season and looks set to leave Leicester on a free transfer as things stand.
Opinions on the Belgian seems a little more split now than they were maybe even a year ago, but he is bound to attract interest.

Barcelona have been sniffing around Tielemans as they continue their approach of trying to sign free agents.
Andreas Christensen and Franck Kessie were great examples of Barcelona attempting to find bargains in the transfer market.

It was suggested that, whilst Arsenal can’t officially sign a pre-contract deal with Tielemans, the midfielder is expected to join the Gunners.
We’re still a little doubtful on that.
Yes, Arsenal have shown an interest in signing Tielemans but they never really seemed all that desperate to sign him over the summer.
The profile Arsenal need in midfield is a holding player who can offer another option behind Thomas Partey.
Palmeiras ace Danilo makes more sense for Arsenal than Tielemans and we wouldn’t be surprised if there is another mystery club pushing to sign him over the Gunners.
