Carlos Tevez rushed to hospital in Argentina with chest pains

Former Manchester United and Manchester City striker Carlos Tevez is undergoing tests after being rushed to hospital in Buenos Aires with chest pains.
The 40-year-old spent Tuesday night at a clinic in the Argentina capital after complaining about pain in his chest.
The striker, who started his time in England with West Ham, now manages in his homeland with Independente.
The club confirmed overnight on Tuesday that initial ‘studies’ were clear but that the Argentine would spend Wednesday in hospital to undergo further tests.
‘Our coach, Carlos Tevez, entered the La Trinidad Sanatorium in San Isidro with chest pain,’ a tweet from the Argentine club read.
‘They carried out the corresponding studies and they were satisfactory. Tomorrow you will continue with a series of exams scheduled in advance as part of a general check-up that is usually carried out.’
In a later tweet, Independente confirmed Tevez would remain in hospital for further tests.
‘Carlos Tevez will be hospitalized as a precaution until the corresponding studies are completed.’
