Conor Bradley (20) is one of the most exciting happenings regarding a home grown player this season, making his breakthrough, having played 22 official Liverpool games and scored 1 goal, coming in that 4-1 January home win vs. Chelsea.

He also played his part in the Carabao Cup final, winning his first trophy as a Liverpool player, and also breaking in the national team of Northern Ireland scoring his first goal for his country in that special 1-0 friendly win vs. Scotland.

Watching him play is fantastic as he his presence is shown with high speed, full commitment and ready to die for the shirt attitude. Of course strange and a bit sad to see Jurgen Klopp leaving Liverpool with so many fantastic talented players coming through, being nursed forward during the time the German has been at the helm.

Conor Bradley has been a player of talent and no surprise to see the former captain of his nation’s U.16 team progressing to this fantastic level of performance, and hopefully it will continue, possibly moving England international Tren Alexander-Arnold into a midfield role as the young man can be seen as the preferred right back choice for the future.

Still early and of course many experiences to take on as Conor Bradley’s Anfield life continues and hopefully showing a new manager the qualities and abilities needed to stamp his place in the team on a regular basis.

He joined Liverpool from Dungannon Swifts in 2019, spending one season on loan at Bolton, playing 45 league games and scoring 5 goals, as he probably learned a lot from his stay with The Trotters.

Conor Bradley is back in contention for Spurs game, after returning to fitness, but Diogo Jota remains out. Stefan Bajcetic should once again make the squad, while Joel Matip, Ben Doak and Thiago Alcantara are all still out injured.
