England beat Croatia 1-0 at the start of Euro 2020, which proved to be their first opening game victory at the finals at the 10th attempt.

Gareth Southgate‘s men were spurred on from that win to narrowly miss out on Euros glory, losing on penalties in the final to Italy.

England return to the tournament three years later ready for a fresh assault, having been drawn in Group C alongside Denmark, Serbia and Slovenia.

The Serbs are first up but England will be buoyed by the fact that they are undefeated in the last six meetings between the sides.
