But the midfielder becomes the latest of several players Rangers have signed from the Belgian Pro League over the last few seasons. That brings Rangers investment into Belgian Pro League players to £10.75m in the current squad and stands as evidence that Ross Wilson views the league as a solid breeding ground for talent. With the signings a mixed bag at times, let’s hope the first actual Belgian of the bunch in Nicolas Raskin goes on to leave an impression with Rangers. The young Belgian midfielder certainly talks a good game and let’s see what he has to bring to a resurgent Ibrox side. Meanwhile, Rangers fans might need to wait to see Nicolas Raskin make his debut.
