A fourth season in the Premier League now (officially) awaits Brentford, should anybody have been worried about that possibility. That will be the take away from a weekend which saw the Bees go down 1-0 at Everton. The five game unbeaten run coming to an end and, instead, all eyes front and centre towards the forthcoming West London derby with Fulham at the Gtech.

Like the Bees, Everton will also feature in the top flight next season so we get to play them twice more (excitement, she wrote). For now though, we look back to this game and who made the top five for Brentford. Who was star player and did anybody write themselves into contention for a starting berth against Fulham?
